Tomorrow is the big vote for the leadership of the Progressive Conservative party in Alberta. There are six candidates, and one is my stepdad, Rick Orman.

While I can’t vote—because I’m not a resident of Alberta—I strongly encourage all Albertans to vote, regardless of whom they vote for.

Party leadership elections tend to have extremely low voter turnout, and I think for something as important as the potential leader of our province, it’s vitally important that everyone participate.

So please, buy a membership and vote! And if you wind up voting for Rick Orman, I promise I won’t complain.
